On the 15th of December, SIS-Adma organized a trip to the Red Cross center in Jounieh. Students distributed hundreds of presents hand-wrapped by dedicated SLO® prefects to less fortunate children. After a heartwarming Christmas performance by the Red Cross staff, SLO® prefects were called up to the stage to deliver the gifts. Musical shouts of glee filled the air as boys and girls joyfully opened the coveted presents. The room was a sea of smiles and tears of jubilation – the former from children and the latter from their parents. This event inspired a love for giving. All the prefects went home with a mellow smile on their faces.
They achieved a state of peace with the knowledge that they had for once given instead of received for Christmas – A true testimony to the Christmas spirit.
