Admission Process

The admission process is intended to be personal and informative for all prospective families.

School Tour

Families are encouraged to visit the school for a tour of the campus and talk with our admission staff. Appointments can be made by contacting us via E-mail at info@sisadma.sabis.net

Application and Required Documents

There is no application deadline, but it is recommended that the admission process be initiated early on. Applications are accepted on a space available basis throughout the school year. Please note that there is a 'joining fee' required to initiate the admission process and cover administrative costs.

Along with the student application form, you will be asked to provide us with certain documents.

  • Completed Application Form
  • Copy of Identity Card or Passport
  • Two Passport Photographs
  • Final School Report from Previous School
  • Certified passing certificate*

*For students coming from a school within Lebanon, a passing certificate, which states what class the child has been promoted to and has been certified by the ministry of education should be presented.

*For students coming from outside Lebanon, the school certificate of the last three years of education, certified from the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Embassy of the country the student was in, should be presented.

Testing

Students applying to enter the KG department (3 to 5 years of age) are required to attend an interview.

Students applying to enter Grades 1 and above, sit for diagnostic tests as part of the admission process. Once completed, diagnostic tests are marked and a decision on placement is made by the school.

Appointments for diagnostic testing can be made via E-mail at sisadma@sabis.net or by calling (+961) 9 854 154.

Admission Decisions

Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation of the candidates. Results of diagnostic testing and previous school records are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional criteria for admission include motivation, social, and emotional development as well as willingness to work hard and the ability of SIS-Adma to accommodate the needs of the candidate.

The above-mentioned documents should be presented as part of the initiation of the admission process. A final admission decision cannot be made without this information.

Once accepted and the required fees paid, a place for the student is reserved.
